Personal Assistant / Office Support

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support to the Managing Principal.

This is a flexible role, full time or part time (0.8) engagement available. With a primary focus of supporting the Managing Principal, this role will also support key projects and functions within the firm. This role encompasses a variety of tasks and strong stakeholder and communication skills will be crucial.

As an integral part of our team, this role will suit someone who is proactive and a team player; ready and willing to help out others to achieve firm wide success. They will need to be confident working with a high degree of autonomy and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner.

Intermediate/Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join our team.

As a highly skilled Accountant, you will have a proactive approach, looking for opportunities to add value to each client engagement. You will be a team player, coaching and reviewing work of more junior employee’s to deliver exceptional client services. You will be confident working with a high degree of autonomy and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner.

Ideally applicants will a minimum of four year’s full-time experience in the profession and will have already commenced the CPA/CA program (if not already completed).  The successful applicant will be provided with opportunities to continue their development in the areas of accounting, taxation, and self-managed superannuation funds as well as client relationship management.

You will work with the firm’s clients to establish the best possible financial outcomes for them as well as contributing to the team as a whole and working collaboratively.

You have a passion for finding a better way of doing things, delivering exceptional outcomes and have a can do attitude. You will relish and understand the opportunities this position presents.
