Brihony has over ten years experience as a human resources professional and has previously worked within the finance industry in similar roles, in particular at CPA Australia. As Head of People & Culture, Brihony oversees all HR functions within the firm including workforce planning, performance management and development, recruitment, onboarding and WH&S.
Living and breathing our values, Brihony leads by example, champions team culture and is deeply invested in our vision and strategic plan. Her focus is on encouraging people to combine their efforts, talents, insights, enthusiasm and inspiration to work together for a purpose.
In addition, Brihony fulfils the Board role of Company Secretary, is a member of the CountPlus Diversity and Support Committee and has joined the firm’s shareholder group.
