Dane works with the Financial Planning team providing support to the Advisors to ensure efficient delivery of clients services. Preparation of correspondence to and on behalf of clients, liaison with insurance underwriters and maintaining detailed financial data for clients are among his responsibilities.
With his friendly manner Dane builds a rapport with clients through his professionalism and willingness to help.
Dane also plays an integral role in supporting our clients and team in the implementation and use of new systems and processes to streamline efficiencies; and is always looking for ways to make improvements.
Dane is actively invested in our corporate social responsibility framework, community engagement initiatives and is an enthusiastic participant in team engagement activities. He is passionate about addressing the environmental impacts we make in the day-to-day operation of our business and has setup an environmental team which has implemented a number of initiatives which have created positive outcomes.
Having completed his studies at grammar school in the UK, Dane has since worked in medical administration and gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry in both reception and food service roles including at supervisor level. He is keen to continue developing his skills and knowledge through practical experience and is committed to further learning and collaboration with the team to achieve valuable outcomes for our clients.
Outside of work Dane’s interests include travel and sport, in particular soccer both as a spectator and playing five a side.
